Located on the seventh floor, Narval Norte 705 offers approximately 1,938 sq ft (180 m²) of interior space, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 8 guests. Its most distinctive feature is its two private terraces facing different directions across the bay, giving guests a different perspective depending on the time of day.
The bedroom terrace looks toward La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, El Tizate and the mountains near Punta de Mita. Both bedrooms open onto this side of the condo, creating a peaceful setting with ocean and mountain views.
On the opposite side, the living and dining areas open onto a second private terrace facing Flamingos, Nuevo Vallarta, Puerto Vallarta and the surrounding mountains. This terrace includes outdoor dining for six and a comfortable lounge area, making it a great place for morning coffee, sunset drinks or relaxed meals overlooking the bay.
The primary bedroom features a King bed, Smart TV, ensuite bathroom, built-in closet and walk-in closet.
