Enjoy a nice family area in Nuevo Vallarta! This house is inside a safe and beautiful gated community called "La Fronda". It is a relaxing familiar environment, with access to a pool, gym and terrace. There is a nice, private terrace and garden in the house, and we are pet-friendly! Every room has AC.
This is a privileged location to explore different beaches around Puerto Vallarta. You can go less touristy beaches or enjoy the typical Vallarta scenarios. We are close to many restaurants, ranging from the local street taquería to fancy seafood.
It is a 12 minute drive to Nuevo Vallarta and 18 minutes to Bucerías. 30 minute drive to Punta Mita and 30 minute drive to Puerto Vallarta.
