About this apartment rental
The apartment occupies the top floor and is finished to a boutique standard, with the sea in view from the living space and the loggia. Two bedrooms each have a proper double bed measuring 180 × 200 cm, generous wardrobe and drawer space, and blackout curtains for undisturbed sleep. Two full bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower and heated floor, mean no queue in the morning for four guests.
The open-plan living room flows into a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and there is a washing machine for longer stays. Sliding doors open onto the 17 m² loggia, which runs the full width of the living and master space — room enough for a dining table for four and a pair of loungers, with the full sea panorama across Brač, Hvar and Korčula in front of you and the Biokovo massif rising behind the town.
Comfort is built in year-round: air conditioning in every room, underfloor heating throughout, and a smart-home system that manages lighting, climate and door access from a wall panel or your phone. Free Wi-Fi, Smart TVs and towels are included, so you can arrive and settle in without a shopping list. The apartment sleeps four and suits couples and small families equally.
The entire apartment is yours for your stay. It comes with one dedicated parking space directly in front of the building entrance — included in the price, with no daily charge and no hunting for a spot when you arrive. The building has a lift that serves the top floor, so getting up to the apartment is easy with luggage or after a day at the beach. Check-in and key handover are straightforward, and we are reachable by phone if you need anything.
Almost everything worth reaching in Makarska is on foot. The pebble beaches, backed by pine, begin a 10-minute walk from the door; the old town, harbour and restaurants are about 15 minutes away. Ferries to the island of Brač leave from the town port, and Hvar, Korčula and the Pelješac peninsula make comfortable day trips. Behind the town, the Biokovo Nature Park offers hiking trails, a summit road that climbs to Sv. Jure at 1,762 m — Croatia's highest paved road — and the Skywalk, a glass-floored viewing platform 1,228 m above the sea.
Split Airport is about 70 km north, roughly an hour by car; once you arrive, your parking space is waiting in front of the entrance.
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 10:00. Tell us your flight times and we can usually be flexible.
There are no steps between the street and the front door, and the lift reaches the top floor, so arrival works with heavy luggage, a pushchair or a wheelchair.
We allow one small pet (under 5kg) on request since we have a small Pomeranian ourselves. We do not allow multiple or larger pets unfortunately.
