Above the town of Makarska, in the hamlet Puharici, very quiet, the house Mendula for 4 + 1 persons with pool, garden and beautiful terrace beindet.
Holiday home with pool Mendula is located above the town of Makarska in the hamlet Puharici. This detached cottage and its location will delight every visitor. The property extends to approx 700sqm area right in the olive grove. The house is shielded by many olive trees, the plot completely fenced.
The Rooms at Villa Tamaris spread over two floors. In Partere is the spacious living room with TV / SAT, sitting room, an open kitchen, a bathroom with shower. On the first floor is the master bedroom with a double bed and another single bed, a roof terrace with stunning sea views. In the basement is the second Schlfzimmer with double bed, bathroom with shower.
From the living room on the ground floor to get to the covered terrace with large table and garden furniture. Here you can enjoy great sunsets. Below this terrace extends the olive garden with pool, sun loungers and garden furniture. These olive trees you donate the shade when you should be too strong the sun. From here you have one of the most beautiful views of the sea and the town of Makarska.
A BBQ is also there. Two parking spaces are also available. A dog is also welcome.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house with the great pool and the stunning view ober the bay of Makarska. The garden is very nice and it is a quiet location just 20 min to walk to the old city and the harbour. It‘s very comfortable that the pool was heated and you can sit outside and watch the Sunset. Everything was really clean and nicely prepared and the owner was super nice. The communication with the agency was perfect and also very accomodating. We loved this place and can highly recommend it.

The view is spectacular from sunrise to sunset and the pool area has everything you need after a day at the beach with shades under the pergola or the olive trees. The house was perfect for five. We recommend a car to get to the beach and the supermarket.

Fantastic place with a breathtaking view from the terrace and pool. We were 4 adults spending 1 week at this amazing house. Will love to come back one day. There is a nice outdoor grill and the house is in good shape with a new kitchen.
Only negative thing was that it got very hot in the bedroom upstairs. The air-condition could not cool it down because it was placed on the other side of the wall.

The house, garden and poolarea looks just as nice in real life as in the pictures.
It was very clean and tidy, flowers everywhere and the house is equiooed with everything you need.
The owner is a very nice and helpful man.
Makarska can offer so many different things. The nature is spectacuar, and I will recommend the restaurant Rhpina down by the harbour and Konoba Ranč in Tučepi.
We will be back !
