House with heated pool, terrace with sea view, 2 bedrooms, quiet location

This house was beyond expectations. It was the absolute cleanest home I have ever stayed in and had everything you needed. From towels to kitchen supplies everything was there. The pool was amazing so you could stay cool without fighting the crowds on the beach. Every patio was more beautiful than the one before it. It’s a perfect space to enjoy time together or have each person find their own space to unwind before rejoining the group. The communication with the property manager was fantastic. Katarina answered every question we had and offered fabulous recommendations on places to go or things to do. My family and I had the best vacation ever here and we are already dreaming about coming back. Book it, you will not be disappointed.

Gorgeous and well thought out property with million dollar views and good facilities...once there just sit back ,enjoy the view and take a dip in the pool

This was our second time to Makarska and it did not disappoint. This was our first time renting this property and we were blown away by the views!! The villa is well equipped and spotless throughout. The hosts were very friendly and keen to help throughout our stay - they even leant us their sons high chair which was very kind! Thoroughly recommended - we’re certainly coming back!

The house was beautiful and lovely and even much better than in the photos. The seaview over the sea and town of Makarska was so beautiful that we did not get enough of it! A great combination with Biakovo mountains behind the house!The apartment was spotlessly clean and lovely decorated. All the small details were well considered. The kitchen was excellently equipped with lots of pans and pots, all kind of glasses and plates - even an apron! There were different kind of terraces/patios outside with a dining table set and a coffee table set at the other terrace.The pool was lovely with evening lighting and an outside warm shower. The host took excellent care of its cleaniness. There was also a fridge and freezer by the pool, and not forgetting the comfortable sunbeds!Bedrooms were very pretty with airconditioning and own bathrooms. The Croatian lavender theme colouring was included in the whole house. The host family was extremely nice, friendly and helpful and we were welcomed with sparkling wine and farewelled with a delicious homemade dinner!Apartment and rooms are located at three stages/departments with stairs and the house is located in a small and old village on a hill. That makes a car necessary and visitors with walking problems or incababilities with moving should consider these facts.Wonderful house and place and we highly recommend House Bartul!Family HFinland
