This beautiful contemporary home with clean lines opens into a particularly spacious dual-aspect living area bathed in natural light. Designed for gathering, this open-plan space features a cozy lounge ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring, a large family dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen for easy meal preparation.

A guest WC is also located on the ground floor.
Upstairs: Cozy Sleeping Quarters with a Glimpse of the Sea
Upstairs, the top-floor sleeping area offers a warm and peaceful setting for the whole family. It consists of three bright bedrooms with ample built-in storage and roof skylights offering lovely open views of the surroundings, with one room boasting a slight sea view.
You will find two comfortable double bedrooms for restful mornings—one with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and the other with a Queen Size bed (160 x 200 cm)—as well as a third bedroom specifically designed for children with two single beds (80 x 190 cm).
This level is completed by a large, functional family bathroom featuring a double vanity sink, a bathtub for relaxing, practical storage space, and a WC.
Ideally located in Le Conquet, the house provides quick access to fine sandy beaches (the nearest just 400m away), the GR34 coastal paths, and the ferry terminal heading to the islands of Ouessant and Molène.
