In Plougonvelin (29), near Pointe St Mathieu (20 km west of Brest), one-bedroom apartment of approximately 70m² located on the 1st floor of a detached house (ground floor unoccupied during your stay), including a living room with kitchen area (dishwasher, conventional ovens and microwave, etc.), open to the living room (double sofa bed, TV, DVD player, WIFI connection), a large bedroom divided into 2 by a removable partition (one part with a 160x200 bed, a second with a 140x190 bed and a 90x190 bed and baby bed). A bathroom with double sink unit

Magnificent wooded garden with an area of 2500m² (partly with sea view) with garden furniture, swing set with equipment, ping-pong table and barbecue to enjoy the long days of spring and summer (exclusive use of the garden during rental) You just need to take a path for 400m to access Trez-Hir beach. Numerous activities (Sunday morning market, free concerts in summer), shops (bakery, creperie, restaurants, souvenirs and beach items, etc.) cinema on the forum, facing the beach.
