The accommodation is composed as follows: - A 40 m² living room with TV - A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Five bedrooms with 3 double beds (140×190) and 1 queen-size bed (160×200) - Two bathrooms with showers - Three separate WCs For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A beautiful 800 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The house is ideally located in Plougonvelin, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- The coastal paths and GR34 invite you to hike and trail with breathtaking sea views.
- The nearby beaches (around 1 km away) are ideal for swimming, windsurfing and other water sports, depending on the season.
- The local heritage, monuments and exhibitions punctuate the year with cultural events (Pointe Saint-Matthieu, Musée Mémoire sur la guerre 39-45, Keraudy auditorium, cinema, municipal swimming pool on the beach, etc.).
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage and private car park.
A secure gate provides access to the driveway and the garage, which has 2 spaces. The main driveway can also accommodate 4 vehicles.
