Cocoonr offers you this charming 184 m² house to rent in Plougonvelin, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 8 people.
It comprises a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of around 800 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows: - A 40 m² living room with TV - A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Five bedrooms with 3 double beds (140×190) and 1 queen-size bed (160×200) - Two bathrooms with showers - Three separate WCs For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A beautiful 800 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The house is ideally located in Plougonvelin, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- The coastal paths and GR34 invite you to hike and trail with breathtaking sea views.
- The nearby beaches (around 1 km away) are ideal for swimming, windsurfing and other water sports, depending on the season.
- The local heritage, monuments and exhibitions punctuate the year with cultural events (Pointe Saint-Matthieu, Musée Mémoire sur la guerre 39-45, Keraudy auditorium, cinema, municipal swimming pool on the beach, etc.).

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage and private car park.
A secure gate provides access to the driveway and the garage, which has 2 spaces. The main driveway can also accommodate 4 vehicles.
