The apartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The principal bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a single bed. The bathroom is fitted with a bath and wall-mounted shower.

The apartment is located on the fourth floor of the building and is accessible by lift. It is quiet and peaceful with minimal road noise - the perfect space to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The apartment enjoys a convenient location close to Paddington, Lancaster Gate, Bayswater and Queensway. The neighbourhood offers a vibrant Central London atmosphere with excellent access to shopping, dining and entertainment. Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens are nearby for leisurely walks, cycling and time outdoors, while Oxford Street, Marble Arch, Notting Hill, Portobello Road, and the West End’s shops and theatres are all within easy reach.

The area benefits from excellent transport connections across London. Paddington Station provides access to the Elizabeth line, Bakerloo, Circle, District and Hammersmith & City lines, as well as National Rail services and the Heathrow Express. Bayswater station provides the Circle and District lines. Lancaster Gate and Queensway stations provide Central line services. Guests can therefore easily access the whole of London.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Please be careful with art, books and things of value in the house.
