Welcome to The Sunshine House, a bright and cheerful South Hill retreat designed for comfort and connection. This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath home features colorful interiors, plenty of room for families and groups, and convenient parking with two driveways plus a garage. Centrally located in Spokane`s beautiful South Hill neighborhood, you`re just minutes from parks, restaurants, coffee shops, hospitals, downtown, and many of the area`s top attractions. We can`t wait to host you!
This home offers plenty of space for family and friends to relax, connect, and make lasting memories. The bright, colorful main floor features a spacious living room and dining area, creating a welcoming atmosphere for gathering together. The primary bedroom and bathroom are conveniently located on the main level, while two additional bedrooms can be found downstairs. Guests will also enjoy in-home laundry, multiple parking options, efficient heating and cooling, a large fenced backyard and plenty of room for everyone to spread out and feel at home year-round.
Guests will have full access to the entire property during their stay. Detailed check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival. The home features convenient keyless entry through the front door. Please note that access to the home requires navigating a short flight of stairs at the entrance.
We are highly responsive and available to assist throughout your stay. The fastest way to reach us is through the messaging center. We want you to enjoy your privacy, so we will not disturb you during your visit. In the rare event that access to the property is needed, we will provide advance notice whenever possible.
The garage is available for guest parking during your stay. If you plan to use the garage, please send us a message prior to arrival so we can provide the appropriate access instructions.
Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed. This is a family oriented home and neighborhood. We have wonderful neighbors and ask that you please respect their right to peace and quiet.
