Welcome to this cozy, newly renovated 1-bedroom space, perfect for a single traveler or couple seeking comfort, convenience, and a peaceful setting. Enter through the private basement-level entrance using your personalized access code, and step into a thoughtfully designed modern retreat.
You’ll first be greeted by a small but inviting living area featuring a loveseat, ottoman, and a two-seat dining nook. A sliding glass door opens to stunning views of the open field behind the property, filling the space with natural light. Enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the brand-new flatscreen smart TV, fully equipped for streaming.
Step outside onto the newly installed hardscape patio, an ideal spot to savor morning sunrises or enjoy a relaxing cup of coffee while taking in the tranquil scenery.
The open kitchen is equipped with everything you need for easy meal prep and cooking during your stay. It features brand-new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, an electric range with oven, overhead microwave, and a convenient wooden island for extra prep space. Just off the kitchen, you’ll find a compact but well-designed bathroom with a stand-up shower.
Unwind in the master bedroom, complete with a plush king-sized bed and another sliding glass door offering peaceful backyard views. This room also includes a convenient desk area, perfect for guests who work on the go, need to check emails, or simply want a quiet space to focus. Paired with our high-speed internet, it’s an ideal setup for remote work or extended stays. Room-darkening shades ensure a restful morning for those who love to sleep in.
This modern and comfortable space is the perfect home base for exploring downtown Kingfield and the area’s incredible outdoor recreation.
Traveling with a larger group? Both apartments upstairs are also available as short-term rentals, and we’re happy to accommodate groups needing additional space, just reach out to inquire!
Guest Access:
Guest have access to only the downstairs area. Our inside utility area where our washer and dryer are located is available upon request. We do use this space for cleaning the other two rentals above.
Other Things to Note:
We ask that you leave the home as you found it, dishes should be washed and put away, furniture all in its place, check out instructions followed the morning of your departure, etc.
No smoking or vaping (of any kind) in the house.
Our Policy Includes:
$50 one-time pet fee will be applied.
Well-behaved ONLY dogs (only one unless pre-approved for two dogs) are allowed with permission from host. Do not leave unattended for extended periods of time.
- Keeping them off furniture.
- Not allowing them upstairs or in bedrooms, we provide a gate.
- Do not leave them unattended for long periods of time, if left unattended we ask you bring a kennel.
- We only allow well behaved dogs and would like you to tell us a little more about your furry friend before we accept your booking.
We ask that you clean up their waste and dispose of it in the exterior garbage cans.
We kindly ask you remove trash & returnables from the home the day of your departure and place in designated barrels (refer to house manual.)
We understand accidents happen, if anything is broken during your stay, please notify your Host/Co-Host.
No large gatherings or events without owner's written permission. Limit number of guests to those that have been accounted for in the rental.
