When you arrive at this charming three-unit building, you’ll find dedicated parking on the right (south) side with space for up to two vehicles. From there, enter the enclosed front porch, which provides convenient, weather-protected access to the South apartment.



Step inside this newly renovated, two-story apartment offering approximately 800 square feet of comfortable living space. The first floor features a bright, open-concept kitchen and living area, thoughtfully designed for relaxing after a day of exploring.



The living room includes a comfortable couch, coffee table, and a dining table nook, perfect for working remotely, enjoying your morning coffee, or sharing meals. The table seats two, and additional seating is available at the dining bar connected to the kitchen, which features two high-top chairs, an ideal spot to gather while meals are being prepared. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless-steel appliances and everything you need to cook at home. A convenient half bath is also located on this level.



Upstairs, you’ll find two inviting bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a full bed, ideal for couples, friends, or small families. The full bathroom on the second floor includes a stand-up shower (no tub) and modern finishes.

The Neighborhood:

This two-unit duplex is located right on Main Street in historic Kingfield. You can walk to restaurants and shops on the lovely new lighted sidewalk and the Town Park walking/snowmobile/ATV trail access is just two driveways down to the south.



Other Things to Note:

There is only one thermostat on the first floor and guests have noted that it gets quite warm during the night as the heat rises upstairs. It is a good idea to turn the thermostat down before bed at least 7 to 10 degrees below what you would like it to be upstairs.



This old home has been completely renovated however the floors do have a "slant" and are not completely level and the stairs are a bit steep leading up to the second floor.
