Two complimentary bikes are included, making it easy to explore nearby Seaside, WaterColor, and the scenic Timpoochee Trail.

The spacious primary suite features a king bed and private en-suite bath. A queen bedroom and a twin-over-full bunk room with a gaming TV share a second full bath, providing comfortable accommodations for families or groups.

You'll be just a 10-minute walk to the new Seagrove Regional Beach Access and some of our favorite local restaurants like Cafe Thirty-A, Angelina's Pizza, and The Perfect Pig.

Seaside is an easy 12-minute bike ride away, making it simple to explore the boutiques, dining and coastal charm that make Scenic 30A so special. Grab a pizza from Angelina's and take it down to the beach to watch the sunset - one of our favorite ways to enjoy Salt & Light Seagrove's incredible location.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, from a quick breakfast before heading to the beach to family dinners after a day of adventure. The dining area offers plenty of space to gather, share meals, and make memories together.
