Welcome to your ultimate Cape Cod getaway at Fletcher Village, located within the prestigious Ocean Edge Resort in Brewster, MA. This beautifully maintained vacation rental provides access to exclusive resort amenities and Sponsored Guest activities, including the Arbor and Fletcher Pools, fitness centers, and the Cape Cod Rail Trail right at your doorstep.

The Space
Nestled in the quiet, scenic neighborhoods of the resort, this rental offers a relaxing retreat after a fun-filled day in the sun. Inside, you will find a bright, inviting, and fully equipped 1 bedroom with a Queen bed and a sofa bed in the living room; all designed to make your vacation comfortable and effortless.

Resort Amenities & Activities
By purchasing Sponsored Guest Passes through the resort, you and your family gain access to world-class resort facilities:
- Swimming Pools: Splash around at the outdoor Arbor Pool (featuring a snack shack and bar) or utilize the Fletcher indoor/outdoor pool complexes.
- Fitness: Work out at the Fletcher Cardio Center and Membership Health Center.
- Family Fun: Participate in a variety of scheduled Children's Activities, tennis, and pickleball right throughout The Villages.

The Location
Located in the heart of Brewster, you are centrally positioned to explore the best of the Cape. Jump on your bicycle and access the Cape Cod Rail Trail for miles of scenic riding, or just a short drive to explore Brewster's famous Brewster flats and bay beaches. Scenic Route 6A with its local art galleries, boutique shops, and fine dining is also just a stone's throw away.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.
Note: Saturday-to-Saturday stays only.

Sponsored Guest Pool Passes:
Guests may purchase Sponsored Guest Pool Passes, which include access to Arbor and Fletcher Pools, the Fletcher Cardio Center, and scheduled children's activities throughout the Villages. Tennis and pickleball courts are also available for use. (*additional fees apply)
*Pool passes are NOT included in your stay and must be purchased separately. The Ocean Edge Resort Golf Club manages the distribution, fees, and operations of all amenities, which are subject to change without notice.
