Lots to love about this completely remodeled townhouse in beautiful Ocean Edge, offering two large upper level bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a King-sized bed and the second bedroom includes two Twin-sized beds. This townhome is most beautifully furnished and decorated and freshly painted with custom paint, showcasing the ultimate pride of ownership.
Stackable Washer and Dryer are also located on the second floor.
Enjoy the open floor plan downstairs and large glass sliding doors, leading out to a private patio space. This property offers outdoor furnishing, as well as an outdoor deck and gas grill. The spacious living room has a large Flat screen TV and a comfortable sofa. The dining area has seating for six. The kitchen is completely remodeled, absolutely beautiful, and well equipped with modern appliances.
For your comfort, the property has three split-system A/C units.
The community of Ocean Edge has abundant mature plantings and beautifully landscaped grounds throughout this private and gated association, as well as many pools and fitness center, tennis, and pickle ball courts.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.

Your stay includes up to $597 per week in complimentary activities (subject to season and valid for stays up to 27 nights or less). By booking with us, you ll receive free tickets every day of your stay to top activities, including:

Pool passes are NOT included in your stay and must be purchased separately. The Ocean Edge Resort Golf Club manages the distribution, fees, and operations of all amenities, which are subject to change without notice.

The property was beautifully located on a golf course and was gorgeously decorated, I took lots of pictures for ideas for my own home! Michael and everyone at the realty company were a pleasure to work with and went out of their way to make sure we felt safe and comfortable. We would definitely stay again:)
