Location was good. Room was quiet and comfortable. Kitchen facilities and air conditioner were good. Hosts were responsive and helpful.

Two double beds in bedroom meant we had to crawl in and out of bed and had no bedside table. Not how it was presented in photos. We had to ring the host to let us in to the parking every time which was a bit of a hassle. Information about checking in was not delivered until the last minute before we arrived which was a bit disconcerting, and it was a bit limited so we found it a bit hard working everything out.

Great location in West Hollywood. The building amenities, like the pool and weight room, were great. Free parking in the building garage was also a great option.

Basic supplies, including toilet paper and paper towels, were not provided. I contacted the host, who said these items would be delivered, but they never arrived during my stay. The apartment is overcrowded with furniture, leaving very little room to move around. The bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a full-size bed placed side by side, taking up nearly the entire room. There is no space to walk beside, between, or around the beds, so the only way to get into them is by climbing in from the foot. This layout was not accurately reflected in the photos shown in the Booking.com listing. The photos made the apartment appear significantly more spacious and open than it actually was. In reality, the apartment looked noticeably different from how it was portrayed online, creating expectations that were not met. As a result, I found the listing photos to be misleading and not an accurate representation of the property. The TV did not work at any point during my stay, and the issue was never resolved. The host sent a replacement remote and expected me to program it myself rather than arranging for the TV to be repaired. Parking was also inconvenient. Instead of receiving a parking pass or garage fob, I had to call the host each time I needed to enter the building's garage. This included late at night, when I sometimes had to call more than once before gaining access.The host was not consistently responsive. Messages sent by text, email, or through the app often went unanswered for several hours; in some cases, I waited up to 24 hours for a response. The check-in and check-out instructions appeared to be generic rather than tailored to this property. They did not clearly explain how to enter or leave this specific apartment and should be revised to make the process easier to follow. The apartment was clean and in a great location, but the unresolved issues made the stay unnecessarily frustrating.
