Host communicates very well, made sure I got into the unit ok and was settled in. You get the key from a lockbox, which is convenient and very easy for all involved.

Location is the best overall. I really think it is worth the money given the location and ease of walking to cool burger places and shops. If you don’t mind the overall appearance and small inconveniences like everything has to be super clean and tidy and new appliances then this the best place to stay in West Hollywood. Would definitely return here again if visiting Hollywood or Los Angeles in general.
Cleanliness needs improvement especially the bathroom, heat wasn’t as good, curtains need to be washed or replaced

This house is just perfect for a short stay in a very central location of LA. Walkable to cafes restaurants and grocery stores, and a safe area for walking or driving. Free parking further down the street. It’s very spacious and quiet and everything you need, with a large comfortable king size bed. The landlord has been very helpful and we had a lovely time here.
It could use a lick of paint and with just a little upgrade it could be even nicer, and if it had a washing machine and dishwasher it’s also be fine for a longer holiday. But maybe then they’d have to charge more, and part of the appeal was the price which is extremely reasonable for this property.
