Cute yard and gated for privacy and safety. On a quiet street close to all amenities, restaurants, and a Whole Foods within a 5-minute walk.

Absolutely loved this place and made for a great vacation in LA. The place was super clean and the beds with memory foam were super comfortable. Loved the decor, and the lemon tree out front. Everything was as advertised. You have the whole place to yourself, with comfortable living space between the two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. We enjoyed a couple evenings outside on the patio as well. Ken was responsive to our questions, and was incredibly warm, relaxed, and welcoming for our stay. He met us at the gate as promised, and had a backup plan in case there were unexpected delays. The location was perfect, as we were 30 minutes from everything we wanted to see (Getty center, studio tours in Burbank, Griffith's observatory, Santa Monica Pier, and Downtown LA, while the Hollywood walk of fame, Beverly Hills star gazing, LA Farmers market, Petersen auto museum and La Brea Tar Pits are even closer, and great restaurants are everywhere). It was also so nice not to have to worry about parking. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone considering a trip to LA.

My wife and a friend of ours were traveling together. An ideal two bdrm unit, each with ensuite, made it easy to hang out together and also maintain privacy. An amazing quiet location (between Santa Monica and Sunset Blvds, close to a well-connected metro stop in West Hollywood. Ken, the owner, was exceptionally friendly and professional. He answered all our questions and ensured our comfort. Enthusiastically recommended. We’d stay again in a heartbeat.

Location, location, location! This property is close and convenient to go anywhere on our list: Beverly Hills, Madame Tussauds, Walk of Fame, Griffith Observatory, you name it. Whole Foods is next to it. Ken, the property manager was very friendly and considerate. He provided us lots of useful information. He even let us borrow his beach umbrella and chairs so we could enjoy our time on Santa Monica Beach. We’ll choose this property the next time we come to LA!

Sleek, modern, clean, and with all necessary amenities (the washer and dryer are in another building but that was no problem). Two spacious bedrooms and baths, flawless internet and cable tv. Location is fantastic Many great restaurants nearby on Santa Monica Blvd. and beyond, some walkable, some a short drive Convenient to the Academy Museum (the "Movie Museum"), which was my main reason for the visit. This cute place was centrally located to all the things we planned to do while in LA. Two Metro bus lines are a short walk away. We didn't initially rent a car but had to when one of our events was rescheduled. On-site parking was so helpful. Our host, Ken, was kind and welcoming. He shared some restaurant recommendations and responded quickly when we had a question. I don't know if we'll return to LA, but we would definitely stay here again if we do!

My family of four loved our stay at Ken’s apartment in West Hollywood. It is a fabulous house and it had everything we needed for our three night stay in LA. Ken has thought of a lot of extra personal touches, and whenever we contacted him, nothing was ever too much trouble. Thank you Ken for helping us to make some happy family memories in LA. We had a terrific stay here! Ken was a great communicator - always writing back within a few minutes. We were able to check in a bit early on arrival. The space was very clean and well-stocked and the beds were super comfortable. Having a parking spot was so so helpful (once we mastered maneuvering in the spot in our rental car)! Ken gave good recommendations for local spots and we loved be in walking distance of Runyon Canyon. Would absolutely stay again.

I am really glad I found Ken's place for our trip! It's in a nice neighbourhood that I felt safe, and it's so spacious! There is designated parking spot with a gate so we don't have to worry about our car. Ken is super nice and considerate. Excellent communication before, during, and after our stay! Ken was a great host for this home. He met us to check in and took care of anything we needed during our stay. Great communication throughout the process. Home was very clean and offered everything needed - perfect for our family. Location was also ideal for everything we did during our five day stay. We went to Universal, Hollywood, Santa Monica, Griffith Observatory, Warner Brothers Studios, LA museums and tar pit, among other attractions. All within 10-20 minutes for the most part. I highly recommend! Shopping center next door came in handy as well! Thank you Ken for being such a great host!!
