Built in 1985 and comprehensively renovated in 2016, the property provides modern comforts in a natural environment. The apartment includes a separate kitchen and two single beds. The bathroom features a toilet and a private electric sauna, perfect for unwinding after a day of activities. Just about 450 meters away, there is a shared swimming area where you can enjoy summer days by the water. The lakeshore has a shared barbecue area and a rowing boat available for use. The shared covered grill shelter at the end of the building offers a pleasant spot for outdoor dining and socializing, regardless of the weather. The location is excellent for hiking and exploring the nearby areas. For instance, Savonlinna is approximately 53 kilometers away, making the city's services, attractions, and events easily accessible.
