Lokalizacja bardzo dobra – blisko Starego Miasta. Mieszkanie jest ładne, dobrze wyposażone i komfortowe. Wszystko, czego potrzeba na pobyt, jest na miejscu. W okolicy nie ma problemu z parkingiem. Uwaga natomiast: Nam ktoś w nocy zarysował auto i uciekł z miejsca zdarzenia :) Więc lepiej parkować na miejscach przy dworcu lub jeszcze ulicę dalej jest duży parking.
Głównym minusem okazało się 4. piętro bez windy oraz kręcone schody – szczególnie że toaleta znajduje się na górze. Warto mieć to na uwadze przy rezerwacji. Mieszkanie jest też trochę głośne. Słychać sąsiadów, skrzypienie oraz chodzenie po schodach. Nie jest to jednak nic, co mocno przeszkadzało podczas pobytu.
