About this house rental
In the heart of a medieval village, a 150 m² historic stone house, fully renovated, with a garden and unobstructed views of the garrigue and the Pioch-Blanc.
Set on over 1,000 m² of land, you’ll enjoy an above-ground pool for the summer of 2020.
Due to the current health situation, construction of the permanent pool has been postponed until next fall.
All the windows in the house overlook the garden and the surrounding countryside.
Ground Floor, 50 m²:
- Fully equipped open-concept kitchen,
- Comfortable living room with TV and fireplace, opening onto the patio and garden with outdoor furniture,
- Separate restroom, washing machine, freezer.
1st floor, 50 m²:
- Bedroom 1 with 1 double bed (180x200) (consisting of 2 90x200 mattresses)
- Bedroom 2 with 2 90x200 bunk beds and 1 crib,
- Bathroom with shower and toilet.
- Small reading room
2nd floor:
Spacious 50 m² area with 1 bed (140x190), desk, and sofa
Outside:
- Terrace with table, chairs, armchairs, lounge chairs, umbrella, and barbecue available...
- Shared pool with the owner currently under construction (delayed due to lockdown; an above-ground pool is guaranteed at a minimum). Specific time slots are reserved exclusively for you.
- Ping-pong table - Badminton - Petanque balls - Tambourin ball game (a traditional Languedoc sport).
- Bicycle rental (please ask for confirmation on sizes—limited availability)
Private parking (somewhat difficult to access) or parking in the village (free),
Optional:
- Sheet rental: 50€ per week.
- Bath towels: €10 per person per stay.
- Cleaning fee: €80 at the end of the stay (for stays of one week or longer)

We stayed here in early October for a night after spending the day in nearby Sète as a group of 4 adults and 2 children. The house is really nicely maintained and both the house and yard have beautiful views overlooking vinyards and a view of mountains off in the distance.
The town itself is very small and quiet, but it features a nice walk up to the church through a medieval city center and I would strongly recommend checking it out.
Overall we really liked it and would highly recommend the house for people who want to relax after a day of exploring the Hérault dépatement.
