About this villa rental
In a small Languedoc village "Vendémian", large villa (200 m2) overlooking the vineyards, fully fenced and not overlooked, elegantly decorated and air conditioned.
HEATED POOL 11 x 5.5 with submerged electric shutter (maximum safety for small children), hydro massage shower.
Large covered terraces including:
- a summer kitchen with plancha and barbecue and a dining area for 8 people
- a lounge area for family aperitifs or simply to rest or read quietly in the shade.
You will find within 300 m all amenities (grocery, press, bakery, bar-restaurant in the village).
The house is ideally located between sea and mountains, close to many sporting activities (golf, horse riding, hiking, mountain biking, canoeing ...) cultural or seaside (beaches, lakes, rivers).

Peaceful location on the edge of a hamlet with a small bar and close to lots of lovely places to visit if you can tear yourself away from the amazing pool and beautiful garden. We particularly enjoyed visiting Lake Sagalou. The house is well equipped and comfortable with air conditioning in every room. Lots of terraces to sit on with long uninterrupted views for miles. We also enjoyed the outdoor kitchen very much. There are quite a lot of rules and instructions but don’t be put off as it is worth it.

The villa was beautiful and well equipped. The neighbourhood was quiet and the garden was tranquil. We loved the pool and outdoor kitchen and had a very relaxing stay.
