The Sellin pier and Wilhelmstraße, with its numerous restaurants, are just a 5-minute walk away.
This spacious and family-friendly vacation apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. The two separate bedrooms, each with a large double bed, are equipped with a smart TV and guarantee not only a private retreat but also a restful night’s sleep.
The skylights can be darkened. Both bedrooms are equipped with large wardrobes. The living area features a large, comfortable sofa set with a pull-out section, where 2 additional guests can comfortably get a good night’s sleep.
The large bathroom with a skylight features a walk-in shower, a bathtub, a heated towel rack, and a large mirror. Opposite is an additional guest restroom.
In the bright hallway, in addition to a dresser and a coat rack, there is also a large closet where you can't only store your belongings but also a crib, a high chair, an ironing board, an iron, and small cleaning supplies, which you’re welcome to use as needed.
From the hallway, you enter the very well-equipped kitchen, which features an induction stove, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, and a small dining area with bar stools. In addition to a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker, the kitchen is also equipped with a small espresso machine.
The kitchen opens onto the light-filled living area, featuring a cozy corner couch, a dining area for 6 people, and a fireplace for cozy evenings in the fall and winter. The living room is furnished with light-colored, modern Hülsta furniture and a large smart TV, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind.
The south/west-facing balcony offers a magnificent view of the greenery and, with its two sun loungers, invites you to relax even during the day.
The covered parking space and Wi-Fi available throughout the apartment are provided free of charge. The lockable storage area for bicycles or strollers is located right next to the carport. You can also charge your own e-bikes here.
The washing machine and dryer in the adjacent building can be used for a fee (€1.00 / 30 minutes).
Also located in the adjacent building is the spacious sauna area with a relaxation room and shower, which can be used alone or together with the other guests of the house for a coin-operated fee (€1.00 / 10 minutes). Quiet yet centrally located.
