This bright and inviting 3-room vacation apartment on the 1st floor measures approximately 100 square meters and is furnished in a modern and comfortable style.
The spacious living room, with a ceiling height of 3.10 m, features a dining table with chairs, a sleeper sofa with a coffee table, and a dresser with a flat-screen TV.
The separate built-in kitchen is very well equipped and features a stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, an exhaust hood, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, egg cooker, and plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. There is also a large dining table with chairs here.
The first and second bedrooms each feature a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), two nightstands, lamps, chairs, a wardrobe, and a dresser.
Please note: There is a step inside this apartment, and the terrace shown in the photo can only be accessed via a steep wooden staircase through a window; therefore, it is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
The bed will be made with fresh linens upon your arrival, and 2 hand towels and a bath towel will also be provided. A travel crib and/or high chair can be added to your reservation for a fee, subject to availability.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a mirror, hair dryer, sink, toilet, shower, and washing machine.
Guests staying in this vacation rental can use our free Wi-Fi. One free parking space is available per apartment.
Our company also operates a bike rental service that is happy to rent you modern bikes, including electric bikes. A discount is available starting on the 4th day of rental. Dog trailers, child trailers, helmets, child seats, and dog crates can also be booked on-site.

Our vacation property—comprising 4 vacation apartments—is located in an excellent spot in the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin, near the prestigious Wilhelmstrasse and the Sellin pier. It accommodates 1–6 adults and 2 children in a travel crib, living room, 1–2 bedrooms, kitchen, shower/toilet, some with a balcony, Wi-Fi).
At the end of Sellin’s promenade stands the famous Sellin pier with its diving bell and the dock for boat tours. It’s only about 500 m to the pier and the fine-sand beach on the Baltic Sea, passing by historic seaside resort architecture along the way.
The Baltic Sea resort of Sellin is part of the UNESCO Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve, featuring magnificent, unspoiled nature. In the immediate vicinity, there are numerous biking and hiking trails leading to impressive sights on the beautiful island of Rügen. There’s so much to discover!
On Wilhelmstrasse, a wide variety of restaurants, bistros, cafes, and shops offer a diverse selection and create the perfect vacation atmosphere. Here, you can enjoy the charm of the “Golden Twenties” during your vacation on Rügen.
Several times a day, the free resort train (with a stop right in front of the building) runs several times a day to nearby attractions, such as Sellin’s South Beach, the water park in Seepark, and the harbor on Sellin Lake—to name just a few.
