This bright and inviting 3-room vacation apartment measures approximately 102 square meters and is furnished in a modern and comfortable style.
The large living room, with 3.10 m ceiling height, features a dining table with chairs, a sleeper sofa with a coffee table, and a dresser with a flat-screen TV.
The spacious covered balcony extends the living space and offers a magnificent view of the beech trees on Friedensberg. A garden table and chairs are provided here.
The separate built-in kitchen is very well equipped and features a stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, an exhaust hood, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, egg cooker, and plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. There is also a large dining table with chairs here.
The first and second bedrooms each feature a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), two nightstands, lamps, chairs, a wardrobe, and a dresser.
The bed will be made with fresh linens upon your arrival, and 2 hand towels and a bath towel will also be provided. A travel crib and/or high chair can be added to your reservation for a fee, subject to availability.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a mirror, hair dryer, sink, toilet, shower, and washing machine.
Guests staying in this vacation rental can use our free Wi-Fi. One free parking space is available per apartment.
Our company also operates a bike rental service that is happy to rent you modern bikes, including electric bikes. A discount is available starting on the 4th day of rental. Dog trailers, child trailers, helmets, child seats, and dog crates can also be booked on-site.

Our vacation property—comprising 4 vacation apartments—is situated in an excellent location in the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin, near the prestigious Wilhelmstrasse and the Sellin pier— 1–6 adults and 2 children in a travel crib, living room, 1–2 bedrooms, kitchen, shower/toilet, some with a balcony, Wi-Fi).
At the end of Sellin’s promenade lies the famous Sellin pier with its diving bell and the dock for boat tours. It’s only about 500 m along the historic seaside architecture to the pier and the fine-sand beach on the Baltic Sea.
The Baltic Sea resort of Sellin is part of the UNESCO Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve, featuring magnificent, unspoiled nature. In the immediate vicinity, there are numerous biking and hiking trails leading to impressive sights on the beautiful island of Rügen. There’s so much to discover!
On Wilhelmstrasse, a variety of restaurants, bistros, cafes, and shops offer a diverse selection and create the perfect vacation atmosphere. Here, you can enjoy the charm of the “Golden Twenties” during your vacation on Rügen.
Several times a day, the free resort train (with a stop right in front of the building) runs several times a day to nearby attractions, such as Sellin’s South Beach, the fun and adventure pool at Seepark, and the harbor on Lake Sellin—to name just a few.
On Wilhelmstraße, the well-known Sellin restaurant “Altes Postamt” awaits you daily with its culinary offerings.
