Bright and spacious 3-room attic apartment for 2–4 people, with 75 m² of living space and a west-facing balcony. The modernly furnished apartment features an open-concept living and kitchen area, two bedrooms with new box-spring beds (180×200 cm), a bathroom with a shower, and free Wi-Fi. An underground parking space, bicycle storage, and an elevator are also available. The building also features a free swimming pool with a counter-current system—ideal for relaxing vacation days. Our spacious and light-filled 3-room vacation apartment, with 75 m² of living space, is located on the top floor of a well-maintained, three-story building and accommodates 2 to 4 people. The furnished west-facing balcony invites you to spend relaxing hours in the fresh air—perfect for winding down the day in comfort.
The open-concept living and kitchen area features modern, high-quality furnishings. The kitchen offers everything you need for a comfortable stay: a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and much more. The dining table comfortably seats up to 6 people. The cozy living area features a comfortable seating area, a flat-screen TV, and a stereo system—ideal for relaxing.
The apartment has two separate bedrooms, each with comfortable box-spring beds (180 × 200 cm) that were newly purchased in 2024. Both bedrooms are equipped with large wardrobes, practical storage space, and pleated blinds on the windows. The larger bedroom also features an additional flat-screen TV.
The bathroom, which has a window, features a spacious shower, toilet, sink, and a hair dryer (completely redesigned in March 2026)
For your convenience, a free underground parking space (maximum entry height 1.90 meters / parking space length 4.80 meters, width 2.30 meters), a bicycle storage room, and free Wi-Fi are available. The apartment is easily accessible by elevator.
Families are very welcome here: A high chair is provided in the apartment, and a crib can be rented upon request (please notify us in advance).
Important notes:
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony.
