The furnished southwest-facing balcony is perfect for enjoying sunny, relaxing moments outdoors. The open-concept living and kitchen area features modern amenities, including a high-quality kitchen and a cozy sitting area with a flat-screen TV and sound system. Two bedrooms with comfortable double beds ensure restful nights. Underfloor heating, floor-to-ceiling windows, free Wi-Fi, and a phone line to German landlines provide additional comfort. The bright 3-room vacation apartment (58 m²) is located on the first floor of a two-story house and features a furnished, southwest-facing balcony of approximately 8 m², ideal for enjoying sunny hours outdoors.
The open-concept living and kitchen area is modern and equipped with high-quality appliances. The kitchen includes, among other things, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and an espresso machine (NESPRESSO capsule system). The living area invites you to relax with a cozy seating area, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and a BOSE SoundTouch 20 system.
The Königin Augusta No. 3 vacation apartment accommodates 1 to 4 people. Both bedrooms are equipped with comfortable double beds (1.80 × 2.00 m and 1.60 × 2.00 m, respectively) as well as large wardrobes. The larger bedroom also features an additional flat-screen TV.
The modern bathroom features a large shower, toilet, sink with vanity cabinet, and a hair dryer.
All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating and floor-to-ceiling windows, ensuring a comfortable living environment.
Free internet/Wi-Fi and a phone line for calls to German landlines are available.
Please note: Pets are not allowed. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony.
A beach chair can be booked as an optional extra from early May through late September for €12 per night.
