The suite comfortably fits 2 guests and can sleep additional guests with a floor mattress. Living Area: Naturally lit and airy, featuring a stylish grey sofa for relaxation and a TV setup for your use. Entertainment: Fast Wi-Fi provided throughout the suite, and a Roku TV is available. Bedroom: A minimalist and peaceful space with a comfortable king-sized bed with four pillows, and a pillowy duvet. Ensures a restful night's sleep. Bathroom: shower, bathtub, sink, extra towels, and basic toiletries are provided. Dining Area: Dedicated space with a dining table, perfect for enjoying meals. Kitchenette: Well-equipped with clean white cabinetry and stainless steel appliances, including: Fridge, sink, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, kettle and nespresso machine. Please note: For safety and to comply with Vancouver Short Term Rental regulations, the oven and stove are professionally disconnected. Laundry: Brand new washer/dryer and clothes hanger available for guest convenience. The suite stays relatively temperate year round, and in case of need, there is a powerful portable AC (window tube) if a cooler space is desired.
