The Space:
Welcome to The Sister Carriage House! This 1920's apartment was recently restored with craftsman finishes, while keeps it's historic charm.
At The Little Sister Carriage House, the apartment features:
> Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, pots/pans, plates, bowls, silverware, glassware and more
> Bar seating for 2
> Cozy Queen bed
> Spacious closet for clothing storage
> In unit washer and dryer
> Full bathroom with shower/tub combo and fluffy white towels to dry off with
> Relaxing, private balcony with bistro set to enjoy the Florida weather

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire cottage and balcony as well as free Wi-Fi and free parking.
*Guests do not have access to the garage below the apartment*

The Uptown neighborhood, centered along San Marco Avenue north of the Castillo de San Marcos, is a highly walkable and eclectic district. It offers a relaxed, local alternative to the bustling historic downtown, featuring vintage boutiques, art galleries, antique shops, and cozy cafes. Local favorite spots in the neighborhood include Sunday Gathering Table, Juniper, and Spinster Abbotts.
Getting Around:
Little Sister is in short walking distance to all things downtown so you can park your car and leave the keys at home!
A trip to Vilano beach is less than a 10 minute drive.
Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day.
With the great central location, guests can walk to the many shops, top restaurants, art galleries and attractions making it easy to get around on foot.
The Old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
