Wonderful location near historic St. Augustine! Cute, cozy and super clean rental with all the necessities. The exterior motion lights were especially appreciated. Communication was exceptional. Definitely a good choice when visiting this area.

It was a great stay. I was worried about the walking distance to the historical district, but we walk to and from a few times a day. Close enough to take a break from the crowds during the Festival of Lights. Having parking was great as well. Its a tight fit for large vehicles, but I managed to fit a Jeep Gladiator truck just fine in my spot. Will definitely consider booking again!

Easy check in and checkout. Great comunication with our host. Apartment was cozy and we loved it.! Great location! Would highly recommend this property.

Didnt spend much time in the house as I was in town for a wedding and it was a very busy weekend couple things regarding it: if you are much taller than 6’, you will have to bend over to use the stove as the ceilings are very short in the range/fridge area. Floors are pretty uneven as well. The Location of the property was great. This is a duplex not a home. It’s termite season, so the kitchen counter was constantly covered in termite wings. Great communication with owner as far a check in, the lockbox is very tough to use. But I got it to work. Overall, i would probably stay here again.
