This unit was perfect for our quick visit to St. Augustine. It had everything we needed and the location cannot be beat. The host was very responsive , the unit was clean, and the bed was comfy. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in St. Augustine!

Property is as described. Small but plenty of room for one or two guests. It was ready in great condition. The best feature is the location; I could walk to historic downtown in ten minutes. Plenty of parking available, which is a premium in this part of town. The one area for improvement is that the communication was quite slow as far as providing information and answering questions. Overall, I would stay here again for sure.
