All bathrooms are private ensuite. Please note that rooms on the upper floors (1st and 2nd) are accessed by stairs, so guests in those rooms will need to climb stairs.



Our check-in method is simple and convenient: Self-check-in is the only option.



Private on-site parking is available, with one standard car space per room.



You'll be perfectly placed to enjoy everything Edinburgh has to offer. The city centre is a short journey away, where you can explore the iconic Edinburgh Castle, stroll the historic Royal Mile, visit the Palace of Holyroodhouse or climb Arthur's Seat for great views. Nearby you'll also find the mysterious Gilmerton Cove, the Royal Botanic Garden and Princes Street shopping.



Please note that a security deposit registration will need to be completed prior to arrival in order to receive the codes for check-in. No money is actually charged, but there is a pre-authorisation of 1 euro.



Please note: a Visitor Levy set by the local council applies to overnight stays in this area and is included in your total booking price. In Edinburgh this is 5% of the accommodation cost per night, applied to the first 5 nights of your stay. It appears as a separate line in your price breakdown — there is nothing extra to pay on arrival.
