Inside, you’ll find two double bedrooms, a separate bathroom, a warm and inviting living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bright sun room ideal for morning coffee or lazy afternoons. The décor is playful and eclectic, with patterned wallpapers, cosy textures and thoughtful details throughout.
Outside, the cottage offers a private driveway for one car, with additional parking just across the road on Presentation Avenue — only a 30‑second walk away. Bins are located on the driveway for easy access.
You’re perfectly placed to enjoy everything Matlock and the surrounding area has to offer. A friendly local pub is within walking distance, and Matlock town centre is just a short stroll away, home to a wonderful park, splash‑pad area, cafés, restaurants, bars, shops and more. Frequent buses run from the main road, taking you easily into town and beyond. Matlock Bath is only 10 minutes away, Cromford 15 minutes, and the Peak District’s best attractions — including Gulliver’s Kingdom and Chatsworth House — are all close by.
Pets are welcome, but please pop a blanket down if they sit on the furniture.
