Dimora Sodini is a cozy and functional courtyard house, located in Pieve San Paolo, in a quiet area that is convenient for reaching Lucca and the surrounding area.
The house is all on one floor, on the ground floor, and is ideal for those seeking comfortable spaces, convenient access, and a private outdoor area to relax during their stay. With approximately 70 square meters of living space, it comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.
There is a large living room with a kitchen, a sofa bed and a TV. The living area is spacious and designed to be used in a simple and practical way, both for relaxing and for sharing meals.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook independently: dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, toaster.
The sleeping area includes two bedrooms: a double bedroom with an adjacent walk-in closet and a bedroom with two single beds.
There are two fully equipped bathrooms, both with a shower stall, a toilet, and a sink.
The house has Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and bed linens and towels are included. A crib and high chair are also available upon request.
Outside, you will find a private, fenced-in space with a dining area furnished with a table, chairs, and an umbrella. There is also a jacuzzi, ideal for enjoying a moment of relaxation, and a pizza oven that can be used during your stay.
Guests will have independent access to the entire house and the private outdoor space.
Private parking is available, which is convenient for those arriving by car. The outdoor area is completely fenced, so you can enjoy the outdoor spaces with greater peace of mind.
Air conditioning is provided by a high-performance split unit located in the living room. There are currently no air conditioners in the rooms, but the house is naturally quite cool.
Pets are welcome (up to 2), available for an extra fee.
