Best materials have been used to create the vacation home to a high standard. The result is an elegant vacation home in the typical Tuscan country house style with the absolute touch of exclusivity. Beamed ceilings and cotto flooring convey the country house feeling. Two large terraces, one covered with a barbecue/pizza oven, another on the entire south side of the house with a beautiful wisteria pergola and comfortable and beautiful garden furniture, plus a panoramic living room with large glass doors and windows with wonderful views also towards Lucca. The first floor is particularly impressive with its open spaces and exquisite Tuscan-style antiques. Small bright and well-equipped kitchen, dining area in the living room with open fireplace and Sat-TV, small open and very elegant entrance hall with studio corner. A living veranda with panoramic windows and an extremely decorative archway. A bathroom in green marble and Stucco Veneziano completes the inviting living area.

The three pretty bedrooms and two further bathrooms are located on the upper floor. Situated in the “Colline Lucchesi”, the gentle hills of Lucca, in the vicinity of the famous villas, you have an exceptional panoramic view as well as the best air, and there is always a gentle breeze, even in hot summers.
The windows are fitted with interior shutters for darkening and also the typical very decorative grilles, the bedroom windows have fly screens. The house has an easy-to-operate alarm system. The natural paths invite you to go for a walk and are rarely used by agricultural vehicles. The house has a private short uphill driveway, parking on the private grounds.
