HOME IS AVAILABLE FOR LONG-TERM, SEASONAL, or MONTH-TO-MONTH RENTAL.
Relax at this peaceful canal-front retreat, minutes from IMG, Ellenton Outlets, and an easy drive to beaches of Anna Maria Island's. This comfortable 2nd-floor duplex sleeps up to 6 guests and is perfect for families, snowbirds, or anyone visiting friends and family. Located on a quiet dead-end street, you'll enjoy a peaceful stay while remaining close to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. My husband, 2 young children, and I live in the main house on the first floor and will be around if you need anything.
Guest access
Guests self check-in, there is a lockbox with door key to be used during your stay. There is room for 2 cars to park tandem style in our driveway, there is no street parking, and the driveway is shared with us. The dock on the canal is not a boat dock, but can be used for fishing and hanging out.
