This was a beautiful condo with everything you need. Family of 6 fit perfectly with plenty of room. The location was great! Communication with the owner was great too. 100% recommend!

We stayed here for a week. The condo is conveniently located between Tampa and Sarasota and just 30 min to the beach. The condo has been recently renovated and is much nicer in person than the photos. It has high ceilings, lots of windows and a nice open layout. There is a wonderful greenway along the river just outside the condo. There’s a fantastic Saturday market within walking distance. Anthony was very responsive. We were missing a few kitchen items and he immediately ordered them via amazon. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Great location on the river walk. Doesn’t have a water view but that’s ok, we didn’t spend much time in the unit.

My best friend and I stayed at this condo for a long weekend in Bradenton, coming from Indiana. Everything was just as described in the listing, maybe even better. The communication with Anthony was A+, he was a great host. The condo itself was very clean, nice, high end furnishings, & comfortable beds. I'm usually really picky about cleanliness, considering multiple people stay at these places, but this condo was VERY clean and I was really comfortable. The location & neighborhood was great too; within walking distance to a couple bars & restaurants via the riverwalk. Within 20 mins (depending on traffic) of the beach, Walmart, outlet malls, etc made the location perfect. I've already referred this place to family & friends. I will definitely contact Anthony the next time I'm in the Bradenton area. Thanks for making this a great birthday weekend in Florida!
