Private room with Kitchen & Bath 4

the code did not work at first and they had to reset it, I was able to get a ahold of someone uquickly and we got in, the hosts are super hands on with the property, the rooms are brand new , were very clean and spacious , you could fit 4 people in the room. We had a positive experience overall. Anna Maria Island 20 minutes away, Sarasota 40 min away. People in town were super nice

the ac made noise, during our first night but luckily they were gracious enough to change us rooms, amazing service received .

The property was very clean, up-to-date stylish

The TV, it is a smart TV and there were no instructions how to watch the local stations. I am not an individual. It does a lot of streaming so I was a little disappointed that I couldn’t watch the shows that I typically watch.

Smooth check in, easy to find, great parking. Great communication by host. Nice decorating.

Two of the drawers in the bathroom vanity had not been checked we found the previous persons stuff there. There was a curious cleaning odor.

The location was perfect. We did not realize that is was so close to our daughter-in-law’s favorite bar, Paddy Wagon, but that turned out perfect! The beds and shower were perfect. Will stay here again. AC was nice and cool.

Having to carry heavy suitcases up stairs. Parking felt a little dangerous and was often not available. There were quite a few dead and alive spiders in the room.
