Welcome to our beautiful Cottage and annex which sleeps 12 . We hope you enjoy your stay! with easy access to Zip world and Snowdon,Yr Wyddfa.We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.

As a self-catering Cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer, washing machine,tumble,dish washer ,microwave.and a Coffee machine, Bedrooms 1 king bed,Bedroom 2 double bed, bedroom 3 triple bunk , Bedroom 4 double bed and 2 sofa beds .The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access retro games,.
There is three bathrooms, which 2 have showers and the other has a shower over bath all have toilet and sink Linen isl included to make your stay more enjoyable. 2 hot tubs one outdoors and the other enclosed House Rules:
- Cottage sleeps 12 max no over occupancy No Un arranged late check out No more than 5 guests in hottub at once..Recycling must be done according to welsh government laws Quite outside times is between 10.45pm .and 8.30am to comply with uk laws. - There is Free on-site parking facilities available at the property room for 2 cars no parking restrictions - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
-Towels are not supplied Smoking is not allowed.
