The kitchen/diner is great for sociable meals seating up to 10 people, or head into the dining room, where there’s a long table where everyone can get together. The games room boasts a full-size pool table, or you can get cosy in front of the wood burner in the lounge. Completing the ground floor are a king-size bedroom, with en-suite shower/wet room, and a family shower/wet room. From the rear hall take the stairs past a library landing to two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom. A second staircase leads to a shower/wet room, then up to a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a bunk room and a shower room. Another flight of stairs takes you to two single rooms. Outside, extensive grounds include a patio with dining furniture and BBQ, a walled garden, an orchard and a lawn, plus private parking for ten cars.
