Villa with sea views on the Swedish west coast

The villa is a completely renovated 1930s home situated on a lakeside lot in Bokenäs. The renovation has preserved the house’s original character while giving it a modern and airy feel. All windows facing the lake offer views of the water, and the sun follows the house from morning to evening. The house can accommodate up to eight people.



The kitchen on the ground floor features a kitchen island, Carrara marble countertops, and a dining area for ten people. Double doors open onto the sunny terrace, which includes a dining area, a grill, and ocean views. The living room has a 55-inch smart TV and windows facing the ocean. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a Carrara marble bathroom with a walk-in shower.



On the second floor, there are three bedrooms with new continental beds. The yellow room has a balcony and ocean views; the blue room has ocean views and a walk-in closet; and the pink room overlooks the green surroundings of Bokenäs. The basement has space for a washer and dryer. The garden features a large lawn with fruit trees and a spacious terrace.



In the area, you’ll find the restaurants Västersalt and Esters Sjöbod, as well as a lakeside sauna. Bokenäs Spa is a ten-minute bike ride away, and Kalvön Nature Reserve, with its hiking trails, is a ten-minute bike ride away. From the Skår ferry terminal, a free ferry takes you to Lysekil in ten minutes.
