The detached house is ideal for a family of up to 8 people. The house is even suitable for two families as it can be divided into two independent units. The units each have their own terrace with garden furniture, a living room, a fully equipped open kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet and two bedrooms with 4 beds. A beautiful holiday home in a beautiful environment because the house is on the island of Orust in the southern part of Bohuslän. CNN Traveler counts the Bohuslän coast as one of the "10 last wilderness areas on earth". Enjoy more of this beautiful nature in the surroundings of Kvarnstugan.
On the hill you have a view of Mollösund, Mollön and the mussel farms in the Stigfjord between the islands of Orust and Tjörn. The house is bright, charming and tastefully decorated, has a large terrace and a beautiful natural garden where you can use spices and herbs. The terrace is located around the house to the south and southwest and guarantees a breakfast in the morning sun and beautiful sunsets in every season. The house is located in a quiet area with 'bathrobe removal' to a beautiful small bathing area with sandy beach and jetties, Tornviksbadet. Or 800 feet to foot to a larger bath with diving tower, called Kattevik. Near the house there is a newly built large playground, mini golf and a football field.
Mollösund is a picturesque fishing village, popular with summer guests and residents with a real fishing community. In the summer alive with boats, in spring, autumn and winter you can enjoy the peace with marvelous walks and cosiness in the Kvarnstugan. Das Objekt ist sehr schön und hat eine tolle Lage. Es besteht faktisch aus zwei separaten Haushälften. Eine davon bräuchte demnächst eine Renovierung. Achtung: es gibt keinen TV und auch kein Radio im Objekt.
