The Space:
Welcome to Northwoods Haven at Sugarloaf Mountain!
Experience true ski-in/ski-out convenience at this private Sugarloaf home with direct access to the Snubber trail and lift. On snowy days, ski right to your front door! Enjoy both alpine and Nordic trails from the property, plus easy access to the shuttle and village. Offering the comfort and privacy of a home, this property lets you park once and explore everything the mountain offers year-round.
Step inside to a spacious mudroom with a classic ski bench, the ideal spot to unload your gear after a day on the slopes. Down the hall, the breakaway apartment offers two bedrooms, a full bath with a stand-up shower, and a modern kitchen complete with a stove, refrigerator, and generous cupboard space. The cozy living area features a sectional couch, smart TV, foosball table, board games, and even a karaoke machine for lively nights in. One bedroom includes a king bed with plush linens and ample closet space, while the second has two sets of bunk beds perfect for kids. This level comfortably sleeps six guests.
On the main floor, you’ll be greeted by soaring cathedral ceilings, exposed beams, and a grand stone fireplace that serves as the centerpiece of the open-concept living area. Plush leather seating, cozy throws, and warm lighting create an inviting mountain retreat. The fully equipped kitchen offers a drip coffee maker, stainless steel appliances and a spacious island with three barstools. The adjoining dining area features a handcrafted wood table, which seats six, beneath a statement antler chandelier — perfect for shared meals or game nights.
Step out through the sliding glass doors onto the private deck, where a relaxing hot tub offers stunning views of Sugarloaf Mountain. The deck also includes a gas grill, making it easy to enjoy barbecues year-round.
Also on the main floor is a comfortable guest bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and a laundry room with washer and dryer for your convenience.
Upstairs, the third-floor primary suite features a queen bed, private bathroom, and access to a lofted game area complete with a pool table that converts to ping pong.
With rustic wood accents, cathedral ceilings, and skylights pouring in natural light, Northwoods blends mountain charm with modern luxury. Step out to Nordic ski or mountain bike trails, or take a quick ride to the village for dining and lift-served biking. Unexpected circumstances happen - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing travelers insurance
The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others).
- Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked
- No Parties
- No Smoking
- No illegal activity
- Only registered guests allowed
- The home has a security camera with recording features. The camera is an exterior camera and points at the front door. It is active at all times. Tampering or disabling the camera will result in immediate cancellation of your booking and removal from the property.
House Rules:
We ask that you leave the home as you found it, dishes should be washed and put away, furniture all in its place, check out instructions followed the morning of your departure, etc.
No smoking or vaping (of any kind) in the House.
We do not allow pets at this property. If this rule is broken there will be a $100 fee.
We kindly ask you remove trash & returnables from the home the day of your departure and place in designated barrels (refer to house manual.)
We understand accidents happen, if anything is broken during your stay, please notify your Host/Co-Host.
No large gatherings or events without owner's written permission. Limit number of guests to those that have been accounted for in the rental.
