Summary:
Our "Slopeside Oasis" is your ideal year-round retreat. Enjoy the convenience in winter and easy access to biking and hiking trails every season. Unwind by the propane fireplace, soak in our private hot tub or sweat it out in our indoor sauna. With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, this spacious condo offers the perfect blend of comfort and adventure. Centrally located, it’s your gateway to the best four-season activities, making it the ultimate escape for relaxation and outdoor fun.
The Space:
Located in "The Timbers" at Sugarloaf Mountain, this ski-in/ski-out condo offers unbeatable convenience, even on the mountain's busiest days. Just above the SuperQuad chair lift and close to the heart of the mountain, it's perfect for easy access to slopes, restaurants, shops, and more.
On-site parking and a free winter shuttle service make getting around a breeze. Unwind year-round in our 6 person hot tub on the back deck or relax in the indoor sauna, both available for guest use. The walk-in basement entry includes boot dryers for everyone, ample storage space, radiant floor heating, a washer/dryer, a full bathroom with stand up shower/tub, and our bunk room featuring two sets of twin bunk beds (rated for adults.) This bunk room also has smart TV to log into your streaming accounts- or use the provided guest login.
The main level boasts an open-concept living area with a cozy gas fireplace, another Smart TV a dining table that seats 10, and a well-equipped kitchen with a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and drip coffee maker. A half bath is also conveniently located on this level. Our custom made bookshelf has plenty of Maine authentic reads, games for all or enjoy a competitive game of cribbage on our flagstaff lake cribbage board.
Upstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary suite features a king sized bed with an en-suite bath and ample space to set up the provided pack- and-play, while the remaining two bedrooms (one queen and one full) share the other full bath. Enjoy stunning mountain views from most windows, perfect for sunrises and sunsets.
The condo blends comfort, convenience, and breathtaking scenery, making it ideal for your mountain getaway!
Guest Access:
You may use all areas of the Condo except for the locked owner's closets.
PARKING*
Parking Passes: Our unit has assigned two parking spaces for our guests. Parking passes are inside the Condo and must be displayed in your vehicle.
Winter Overnight Parking (Lot E):
Lot E is designated for winter overnight parking.
Vehicles must be moved to a different spot daily. We recommend moving your vehicle before 7:30 a.m. to allow for snowplowing operations.
For ease of contact, please leave contact information visible on the dash of your vehicle. This will help Sugarloaf Security or Mountain Operations reach you if your vehicle needs to be moved.
Other Things to Note:
Unexpected circumstances happen - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing travelers insurance
The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others).
- Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked
- No Parties
- No Smoking
- No illegal activity
- Only registered guests allowed
- The home has a security camera with recording features. The camera is an exterior camera and points at the front door. It is active at all times. Tampering or disabling the camera will result in immediate cancellation of your booking and removal from the property.
House Rules:
We ask that you leave the home as you found it, dishes should be washed and put away, furniture all in its place, check out instructions followed the morning of your departure, etc.
No smoking or vaping (of any kind) in the House.
We do not allow pets at this property. If this rule is broken there will be a $100 fee.
We kindly ask you remove trash & returnables from the home the day of your departure and place in designated barrels (refer to house manual.)
We understand accidents happen, if anything is broken during your stay, please notify your Host/Co-Host.
No large gatherings or events without owner's written permission. Limit number of guests to those that have been accounted for in the rental.

This property is self check-in but we live nearby and are always available by text or call throughout your stay.
