Nestled in the heart of Carrabassett Valley, our thoughtfully designed luxury townhome offers unparalleled convenience to Ski in/Ski Out to Sugarloaf Ski Resort and delivers on the promise of offering an AMAZING vacation experience to our guests, no matter the season!.
The Space:
We’re so happy to share this special space with you on Sugarloaf Mountain! Though this listing may show as “New”, we actually have been hosting guests for over a year and already have a handful of wonderful reviews. We can ensure you'll be receiving a Five Star Stay with us at this luxury Ski in/Ski Out home!
This stunning New England luxury retreat comfortably accommodates up to 10+ guests across 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms.
The primary suite is located on the top floor and features a Smart HDTV along with an elegant ensuite bathroom. Just down the hall, you’ll find two additional bedrooms and a shared full bathroom with a convenient tub/shower combo. One bedroom offers a queen bed and its own TV, while the second is thoughtfully designed with a twin-over-full bunk, a twin trundle, and a TV, perfect for a family or kids.
The fourth bedroom is located on the first floor, just off the second living room. This room includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed with a trundle and of course, another TV for added entertainment. The layout of the home was designed with comfort and function in mind, ensuring every guest has space to relax while still enjoying a high-end, five-star experience.
In total, the home boasts three full bathrooms, each fully stocked with essentials. You’ll find one on the first floor, another off the upstairs hallway, and the ensuite bathroom in the primary suite.
At the heart of the home is the bright and airy kitchen, seamlessly connected to the dining area and the first living room. The dining table seats 8, while the breakfast bar provides space for 5 more—ideal for gathering and entertaining. From here, sliding glass doors lead to the outdoor porch and hot tub (only open seasonally), offering the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.
For those looking for a bit of extra space—or a spot for the kids to play—the downstairs living room delivers. This inviting space features a playful mountain mural, oversized HDTV with Roku, and a collection of board games. You’ll also find the third full bathroom, the fourth bedroom, a laundry room, and even a dedicated ski/boot room complete with boot dryers and warmers—making it the perfect year-round getaway.
Guest Access:
Guests staying at this modern luxury vacation home have exclusive access to numerous amenities. Take time to enjoy skiing/snowboard/hiking right off the property at Sugarloaf mountain. Looking to relax? Enjoy your own personal hot tub at your leisure. There are multiple HDTVs in the home, along with an entertainment system powered by Roku. You are welcome to use the laundry area, as well as the dedicated workspace.
Other Things to Note:
-NOTE: Our hot tub is only in use seasonally and shut down during the Summer months.
- Unexpected circumstances happen - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing travelers insurance
The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others).
- Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked
- No Parties
- No Smoking
- No illegal activity
- Only registered guests allowed
- The home has a security camera with recording features. The camera is an exterior camera and points at the front door. It is active at all times. Tampering or disabling the camera will result in immediate cancellation of your booking and removal from the property.
