Welcome to this spacious 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home in Mt Eden. This elegant property offers a perfect blend of peaceful suburban living and convenient access to Auckland CBD and Eden Park Stadium.
Guests can enjoy the beautifully landscaped garden complete with outdoor seating, or utilise the classic piano in the open plan living space. Perfect for corporate groups, families, or friends, this home is an excellent base for an Auckland stay.
Dogs are welcome with prior approval.
The heart of the home is a spacious, open-plan living area featuring a cozy gas fireplace for chilly winter evenings, a large dining table that comfortably seats eight, and a well-equipped kitchen with bar seating. The indoor spaces flow seamlessly onto a beautiful deck with outdoor couches, perfect for lounging in the sun.
The house has four generous queen and double bedrooms. The master suite is complete with a private ensuite bathroom and a ond of the bedrooms doubles as a dedicated workspace - ideal for those needing to study or work remotely.
The second bathroom is complete with a bathtub, alongside a convenient, separate WC.
Outside, the fully fenced property is excellent for children and pets, offering a beautiful garden with an additional outdoor lounge area, a sunny lawn, and mature citrus trees.
Secure off-street parking for two vehicles is available on the private driveway.
Guests have full exclusive use of the property.

Guests are liable for any and all any damages by the pet including but not limited to will not scratch the doors/walls, urinating of pooing inside, staining carpets or rugs or furniture, leaving a doggy smell in the house, chewing furniture, digging holes in the garden or other things that dogs can do to damage property.
There is a strict NO PARTY policy at the property. Only the guests specified in the booking are allowed to stay at the house. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. Penalties apply if this booking policy is no adhered to, The booking will be instantly cancelled with no refund and you will be asked to leave the house.
