A 5th-floor apartment with a magnificent view of the Harz Mountains toward Goslar. The apartment features:
1 shower room with toilet and washing machine
1 guest restroom
3 bedrooms: 1 with a window and a double bed (140 x 200), 1 with a bunk bed (100 x 200), 1 with a bunk bed (bottom: 140 x 200, top: 100 x 200).
1 storage room with a fridge-freezer
1 livingand dining area with integrated kitchen and dishwasher
1 spacious balcony with electric awning
On-site costs: A 50% deposit is charged upon booking. The remaining balance must be paid in advance via bank transfer.Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations between 30 and 14 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost; cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost. The tourist tax—€3 per night for guests 18 and older, and €1.50 per night for guests ages 6 to 17—will be charged separately on-site. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 12:00 PM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this if necessary. Keys are provided via a key box. You will receive the code for the key box well in advance of your arrival.Pets are allowed for a fee of 5€ per pet per night.
