Stilvolle Apartments & Trattoria "Casa da Enzo" - Zentrum Altstadt Goslar

The apartment was in a fantastic location, right in the centre of Goslar. Choosing to book the parking space was definitely a good decision, as there are no free parking spaces in Goslar’s historic town centre.

The main issue was the location of apartment 7 within the building. It is on the ground floor, with the entrance door opening directly onto the restaurant. I had to be careful when opening the door to avoid hitting customers. As a result, there was quite a bit of noise from the restaurant, including people talking, Italian music playing from around 5 to 10 p.m., and the sound of plates, cutlery and glasses. The only two windows in the apartment (one in the bathroom and one in the bedroom) also faced the restaurant. There are also quite a few house rules, including leaving the apartment as clean as you found it and taking out the rubbish at the end of your stay. One of the rules mentions emptying the bathroom and kitchen bins, although there was only a bin in the bathroom. Another rule asks guests to unload the dishwasher, but there was no dishwasher in the apartment, so we had to wash the dishes by hand and put everything back in its place before leaving. A few smaller points could also be improved: the bed has only one bedside table, meaning that the person sleeping on the other side has to leave their belongings on the floor. Finally, there is neither an oven nor a microwave in the apartment.

Het appartement ligt boven een restaurant. De vensters van de slaapkamer liggen boven de uitgang van dit restaurant. Dat maakte het slapen met open venster onmogelijk. Vertrekkende gasten bleven eindeloos voor de deur afscheid nemen. Daarna deden de medewerkers er nog een schepje bovenop door voor het sluiten, met open deuren, luidkeels met elkaar te communiceren. Tijdens ons verblijf was het zeer warm in Goslar (>35 graad). In het appartement 's nachts >27 graad. De ramen hadden geen vliegengaas. Het appartement had geen AIRCO!!!!!!!± We hadden het appartement voor 3 nachten geboekt. Zijn na 2 lange warme geluidsbelaste nachten afgereisd.
