The kitchen also includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, utensils, and nonstick carbon steel bakeware to make meal preparation simple and convenient.

Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee during cooler months.

As our guest, you'll enjoy complimentary access to Veranda Palms Resort amenities, including a resort-style swimming pool, children's splash park, water slide, heated community hot tub, modern fitness center, playground, walking trails, and comfortable poolside lounge chairs.

These shared amenities are maintained by the Homeowners Association (HOA). Their operating hours, maintenance schedules, and occasional closures are determined by the HOA and are outside the homeowner's control.

## Parking Policy

To comply with Homeowners Association regulations, all vehicles must be parked in the designated driveway only.

Parking on the street, sidewalk, grass, or anywhere outside the driveway is strictly prohibited. Vehicles parked in violation may be towed without notice, and guests are responsible for all towing, storage, and recovery costs.
