Our beautiful lakefront vacation rental 4 Bedrooms 3 full baths villa is situated in a good looking, prestigious gated resort community called Club Cortile Resort, which is just minutes away from Disney, Universal Studios and Sea World. Our villa is walking distance from great shops and highly rated restaurants. It has easy access to major routes reducing traveling times to major attractions, such as the Kennedy Space Center, and the Atlantic and Gulf Coast beaches.
Our villa can easily accommodate 11 Adults and 5 kids.
Amenities include outdoor pool, gym, 4000 square foot Clubhouse and activity center, internet/computer room, movie theatre, basketball and tennis courts, and children's play area.
For your comfortable stay we have following amenities in the house ~
1) Kitchen ~ Brand new appliances like Microwave, Gas Range, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Coffee maker, Dinner set, cookware set, cutlery set, wine and water glass set, set of spoons, forks, knife etc., first aid kit, Fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink.
2) Living room ~ Modern Comfy and cozy sofa that convert to a bed, A smart cable TV (200 channels), Free wireless highspeed Internet (wi-fi), Alexa Eco at your service!
3) Patio ~ A place to wind up, relax and enjoy the lake view and fountain, you may sometime have a company of ducks and turtles!
4) Bathrooms ~ Courtesy toilet paper, toilet freshener, shampoo, conditioner, soap, body lotion, toothpaste.

We didn’t spend a lot of time here other than to sleep. We had an adult family weekend with 9 of us. Plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate us. Gauri was very kind and easy to reach with a quick response for any questions.

The accommodations were as advertised. Clean, comfortable, conveniently located. We were unable to take advantage of some of the amenities (pool, for example, which I assume was directly related to the time of year. Communication with the hostess was fine. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

My friends and I got to the place with a broken AC unit. We set the temperature down to 70 degrees, yet it stayed at a consistent 81 the entire stay. We then reached out to the owner letting them know the problem, and he immediately sent out an AC guy to come check it out. After the visit, he told us he would have to repair it which would take several days to order the needed part. Nothing could be done about this, so all 11 of us had to sleep in hot, humid air. We were unable to sleep all night because we were sweating like crazy. Aside from this, the townhomes are very close together so there is no space to sit by the patio and talk without having the view of others watching you or closely nearby. We also only received 2 given tide pods for dishes, so we had to hand wash a lot of the leftover dirty ones. I would recommend not staying here with a lot of people; it was very crammed in a tiny space for all 11 of us staying. However aside from this, the owner was very polite and understanding and gets in touch quickly. House was clean and is very standard. Looks just like the pictures.
